The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of order dated 20.12.2023 (Annexure P-11) issued by responden t No. 2 whereby while returning the original form it is stated that upon scrutiny of the application fo r m it was found that the job applicatio n dated 04.12.2023 was submi t ted under the Policy of 2018; whereas t h e Haryana Outstanding Sport s persons (Group-A, B and C) Service R u les, 2021 were in force w.e.f. 2 6 .02.2021 and that the petitioner shall appl y afresh under the aforesaid Rul e s, after getting the certificate of National/I n ternational Level Sports Ac h ievements verified from the National A thletic Sports Federation; AND in the alternative directing the responden t s to consider and provide app o intment to the petitioner under the Harya n a Outstanding Sportspersons ( R ecruitment and Conditions of Service) R u les, 2018.
