By way of filing the instant writ petition, the petitioner is seeking q u ashing of impugned notice da t ed 26.12.2024 (Annexure P-9) and notic e /letter dated 14.01.2025 (Ann e xure P-12) and public notice dated 13. 0 1.2025 (Annexure P-14) is s ued by respondent No. 3- Commissi o n vide which the petitioner was not allowed to join the interview, reason being date of issua n ce of eligibility registration certificate of (BAMS) i.e. 29.07.2024 is after closing date (12.07.2024 extended u p to 20.08.2024 of advertise m ent and also the fact that the petitioner h ad submitted her provisional d e gree, but she has been asked to furnish ori g inal degree which she has alre a dy furnished; AND further for issuance o f a direction to the respondents not to reject the candidature of the petitio n er merely on the ground that date of registration certificate of

At the very outset, learned co u nsel for the respondents-HPSC has pointe d out that in the connected pe t ition bearing No. CWP-12262025, the petitioner had filed an applic a tion under Section 151 CPC bearing N o . CM-5421-CWP-2025 praying for disposal of the said petitoin in view of consolidated judgment date d 15.02.2025 passed by a coordinate B e nch of this Court in a batch o f writ petitions being lead case No. CWP - 1262-2025 titled as ‘Pardeep K umar and others vs. State of Haryana a nd another’. It is, however, p ointed out that the aforesaid consolidat e d judgment dated 15.02.2025 ( Annexure A-1) stood set aside by a Div i sion Bench of this Court vide common judgment dated 03.11.202 5 passed in a bunch of Letter Pa t ent Appeals being leading case No. LPA- 1 397-2025 titled as ‘Haryana P ublic Service Commission vs. Pardeep K u mar and others’; and the afor e said judgment of the Division Bench dat e d 03.11.2025, has been upheld b y the Hon’ble Apex Court vide judgment d ated 16.12.2025 passed in S L P(C) Nos. 35944-35968/2025, titled as ‘ N aveen Kumar and others Et c . vs. Haryana Public Service Commissi o n and others Etc.’. 3. Copies of judgment passed b y the Division Bench of this Court date d 03.11.2025 and of the Hon’bl e Apex Court dated 16.12.2025, have been appended along with connecte d writ petition No. CWP-11262025. It is accordingly submitted that not h ing survives in the present writ petition.
