By way of filing the instant writ petition, the petitioner is seeking q uashing of impugned ann o uncement dated 13.01.2025 (Annexure P-17) and impugned letter dat e d 14.01.2025 (Annexure P-18) issued by r espondent No. 1 whereby cand i dature of the petitioner for the post of A y urvedic Medical Officer (AM O ) in advertisement No. 16 of 2024 date d 21.06.2024 (Annexure P-1) ha s been rejected after inviting her in the i n terview-viva-voce vide ann o uncement dated 03.01.2025 (Annexure P-16) only on the ground that her BAMS Registration Certificate dated 29.07.2024 (Annexure P -13) has been issued after the closing d a te i.e. 12.07.2024 which is totally illegal arbitrary and unconstitu t ional because closing date was also extended up to 20.08.2024 by respon d ent No. 1 vide corrigendum da t ed 16.08.2024 (Annexure P-2); AND furt h er for issuance of a direction t o the respondents to accept the

Perusal of the case file reveal s that the petitioner had filed an applicatio n under Section 151 CPC bea r ing No. CM-5421-CWP-2025 praying fo r disposal of the main case, in v iew of consolidated judgment dated 15.0 2 .2025 (Annexure A-1) passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in a batch of writ petitions being l ead case No. CWP-1262-2025 titled as ‘P a rdeep Kumar and others vs. St a te of Haryana and another’. 3. At the very outset, learned co u nsel for the respondents-HPSC has pointe d out that the aforesaid consolid a ted judgment dated 15.02.2025 (Annexure A-1) stood set aside by a Div i sion Bench of this Court vide common j u dgment dated 03.11.2025 pas s ed in a bunch of Letter Patent Appeals b e ing leading case No. LPA-139 7 -2025 titled as ‘Haryana Public Service C o mmission vs. Pardeep Kumar and others’; and the aforesaid judgment of the Division Bench dated 03.11.2025, has further been upheld by the Hon’ble Apex Court vi d e judgment dated 16.12.2025 passed in S LP(C) Nos. 35944-35968/202 5 , titled as ‘Naveen Kumar and others Etc. vs. Haryana Public Service Co m mission and others Etc.’. 4. Copies of judgment passed b y the Division Bench of this Court date d 03.11.2025 and of the Hon’bl e Apex Court dated 16.12.2025, handed ov e r in Court by learned counsel fo r the respondents are taken on record.
