Pursuant to this Court's order dated 30.04.2026, statements were recorded before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, SAS Nagar (Mohali), who reported on 01.07.2026 that the compromise was effected voluntarily and without coercion or undue influence; the State and respondent No.2 did not dispute the factum of compromise. P u rsuant to the aforesaid order, p arties have appeared before the learned Ju d icial Magistrate First Class, S A S Nagar (Mohali) and got their statemen t s recorded. On the basis of t he statements so recorded, learned Magist r ate has submitted report dated 0 1.07.2026 to the effect that the compromi s e has been effected between the parties voluntarily and without any co e rcion or undue influence.
