T h rough the instant petition u nder Section 482 of the Bharatiya Na g arik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’), the petitioner see k s anticipatory bail in case FI R No.69 dated 06.08.2025 registered under Sections 140(3), 308(2), 351( 2 ), 351(3), 191(3) and 190 of Bharatiya Nya y a Sanhita, 2023 (for short “BN S ”) and Section 25 and 27 of Arms Act at P o lice Station Amir Khas, District Fazilka.

Vide order dated 23.03.2026 p assed by this Court, the petitioner was released on interim bail a nd was directed to join investigation. H owever, he could not join the i n vestigation and vide order
