This petition has been filed with the prayer to command the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation for allocation of management quota seat in PG Medical Course (MD/MS). According to petitioner, there are certain seats vacant against which the petitioner can be considered.

Learned State counsel has produced a communication dated 30.03.2026 issued from the Director General of Health Services, New Delhi, as per which, the last date for admission to NEET PG Courses throughout the country was 28.02.2026 and no further admissions beyond such date is permissible. The communication dated 30.03.2026 is taken on record and marked as ‘X’. Registry is directed to do the needful.

Even otherwise, it appears that petitioner has already contested up to the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and has not been able to get any relief. Merely because he now claims admission in different quota, would not give him a fresh cause of action so as to approach this
