The cadre change policy which is linked to the transfer policy made by the State of Haryana, is assailed in this bunch of petitions/appeal. The petitioners/appellants before this Court are JBT teachers.

Since the bunch of petitions/appeal challenging the model transfer policy has already been disposed of by this Court in lead case of CWP-70922026 vide order dated 21.05.2026, whereby liberty has been given to the State to formulate an appropriate policy, we dispose of this bunch of petitions/appeal in the same terms. It is provided that the concerns raised with regard to legality of cadre change policy including argument of gender discrimination etc., shall be taken into consideration by the State while formulating fresh policy in this regard.
