The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 31.03.2023 (Annexure P-4) whereby she has been relieved from service.

Learned counsel for the respondents submit that petitioner was working with Government aided private school. The U.T. Administration has issued notification dated 20.05.2013 whereby First Additional District & Sessions Judge, Chandigarh has been authorized to hear appeals arising out of dispute between Management and staff of recognized private schools, thus, petitioner has alternative remedy to

approach Appellate Authority. The petitioner has further remedy to approach Labour Court.

On being confronted with aforesaid fact, Mr. K.K. Gupta, Advocate for the petitioner submits that petitioner being a Teacher has no remedy to approach Labour Court, however, he expressed his inability to controvert applicability of aforesaid notification dated 20.05.2013.
