The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 20.11.2000 (Annexure P-6) whereby he was terminated from service.

The petitioner came to be appointed as Pharmacist/Salesman vide resolution dated 07.12.1999 passed by respondent-society which was followed by appointment letter dated 30.12.1999. The appointment letter came to be cancelled on the ground that petitioner had not joined duty. He was again appointed by Manager of store, a post held at the relevant time by the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Faridabad.

The petitioner is assailing termination of his appointment as Pharmacist. From the perusal of appointment letter, it comes out that his MOHIT KUMARappointment was temporary for a period of six months. A period of 25 years 2025.07.02 16:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgement.
