i) Present application has been filed under Section 528 of BNSs, seeking withdrawal of the main case i.e. CRM-M-21373-2025.

ii) It is averred in the application that the matter has been amicably compromised between the parties on 17.05.2025. On the basis of this development, the applicant-petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the main case with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the learned Trial Court, incorporating the factum of compromise in the said application. Accordingly, learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner prays for withdrawal of the main petition with the aforementioned liberty.

ii) In view of the order of even date passed in CRM-25692-2025, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty, as prayed for.
