The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner against the judgment dated 27.11.2024, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala, whereby respondent No.2 has been acquitted in complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of settlement before the mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, he prays for withdrawal of the present petitioner.

In view of the above statement, the present petition is dismissed as
