Contempt petition (COCP No.67 of 2025 (O&M)) by Rakesh Kumar against Sh. Manoj Kumar, HPS, alleging non-compliance of the order dated 27.09.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed by a co-ordinate Bench of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana in CRM-M-48521-2024 ('Rakesh Kumar vs. State of Haryana and others'), whereby respondent No.2 - Deputy Superintendent of Police, Gharaunda, District Karnal - was directed to look into the petitioner's complaint/representation (Annexure P-3) and decide the same expeditiously, preferably within one month.
