Prayer in this petition is for initiation of contempt proceedi n gs against the respondents for n ot complying the order dated 09.7.201 5 (Annexure P-1) passed by a D i vision Bench of this Court in CWP-17 0 8-2015 titled as “Delhi Frans a lian Society, New Delhi vs. State of H aryana and others” vide which the petition was disposed of with the f ollowing observation :-

“…..After hearing le a rned counsel for the parties, perusing the pres e nt petition and without expressing any opini o n on the merits of the case, we dispose of the present petition by granting liberty to the petiti o ner to file a detailed and

comprehensive repres e ntation raising all the pleas as raised in the pre s ent writ petition before the appropriate authorit y . It is directed that in the event of a represe n tation being filed by the petitioner within a p eriod of two months from today, the same shal l be decided in accordance with law by passing a speaking order and after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a pe r iod of four months from the date of receipt of re p resentation. The petitioner shall be entitled t o lead any evidence to substantiate its cla i m before the concerned authority. It is, howe v er, made clear that in case no such represent a tion is filed within the stipulated period as noticed above, the interim order shall cease to o p erate, thereafter.”

After arguing for some ti m e, when this Court was not inclined t o agree with the contentions of learned counsel for the petitione r , he seeks to withdraw the pr e sent contempt petition with liberty to take recourse to any other re m edy available to him, as per law, if an y .
