The present petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of interim order dated 12.04. 2 019 (Annexure P-1) passed by a co-ordin a te Bench of this Court in CWP - 10133-2019 titled as ‘Amritsar Plywood t h rough its partner Sh. Amarjit S i ngh vs. PSPCL and others’.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, despite the case h a ving been called twice.

At the very outset, it is subm i tted by learned counsel for the responden t s that the present contempt petition has been rendered infructuou s as, the main writ petition bear i ng CWP-10133-2019, titled as ‘Amritsar P lywood through its partner Sh . Amarjit Singh vs. PSPCL and others’, in which interim order dated 12. 0 4.2019 (Annexure P-1) under contempt w as passed has been dismissed as withdrawn by a co-ordinate Bench of t h is Court vide order dated 02.05.2025. 4. A copy of the order dated 0 2 .05.2025 handed over in Court by learned counsel for the respondents is t a ken on record.
