Today, at the very outset, learned proxy counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners has instructed them to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail all other alternate efficacious remedies as may be available to the petitioners for redressal of their grievances.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
