Thereafter, the present revision petition was listed for h earing 03 times i.e. on 24.05.20 2 3, 23.08.2023 and 04.03.2024, out of wh i ch on 02 dates i.e. 24.05.202 3 and 04.03.2024 (last date of hearing) t h e petitioners had gone un-repre s ented; whereas on 23.08.2023, the case w a s adjourned at the request of l e arned proxy counsel appearing for the pet i tioners.
Today, also for the consecutive second time, the petitioners have gon e un-represented. Thus, it can safely be presumed that the petitioners or their counsel are not inte r ested in pursuing the instant revision p e tition.
