Challenge in the present p e tition is to the order dated 18.1.2020 passed by the Additional Sess i ons Judge, Ambala, whereby charges have been framed against the pe t itioners in FIR No.257 dated 29.6.2019 , registered under Sections 323, 328, 498-A, 506, 34 IPC, at Police Sta t ion Ambala City.
Order sheets show that on the last date of hearing i.e. 08.4.2024 there was no representation on b e half of petitioner. Even today nobody o n behalf of petitioner is present to pursue this petition. It seems that the p e titioner is no more interested to p u rsue the present petition.
Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending application(s), if any, shall stands disposed of.
