Challenge in the present revision is to order dated 05.02.2020 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gurugram whereby an application filed by the accused/petitioner herein under Section 216 Cr.P.C. has been dismissed.
After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take all pleas before the learned trial Court.
Permitted to do so.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
