Prayer in this petition is fo r setting aside the impugned order dat e d 27.1.2020 passed by the Ad d itional Sessions Judge, Nuh, whereby the application under Sectio n 319 Cr.P.C. filed by the complain a nt has been allowed and the petitioners have been summon e d as additional accused unde r Sections 323, 406, 498-A, 304-B IP C and in alternative Section 30 2 IPC to face the trial in FIR No.295 d ated 04.7.2019 (Annexure P- 1 ) registered under Sections 498-A, 3 2 3, 307, 34 IPC, at Police Stati o n Ferozepur Jhirka, District Nuh.
Learned counsel for the par t ies ad idem that the present petition h as been rendered infructuous a s the petitioners have been acquitted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nuh vide judgment dated 07.11.2024 and co-accu s ed Sahid has been convicted
