By way of filing the instant r evision petition, the petitionerwife seeks enhancement of maintenance pendente lite granted to her vide impugned order dated 03.12.2022 @ Rs.4 0 00/- per month, besides a sum of Rs.300 0 /- towards litigation expenses in a proceeding under Section 125 Cr.P. C . by the learned Additional P rincipal Judge, Family Court, Jalandhar.
At the very outset, learne d counsel for the respondenthusband s u bmits that the instant revisi o n petition has been rendered infructuou s as the main petition filed by t h e petitioner under Section 125 Cr.P.C. h a s already been decided by t h e learned Family Court, vide judgment d ated 22.03.2024, a copy of whi c h has been placed on record by learned co u nsel for the respondent in Cour t today.
In view of the above, lear n ed counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant revision petition has been rendered infructuous and may b e disposed of, as such.
