Prayer in this petition filed u n der Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing o f FIR No. 411 dated 30.12.2 0 22 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sec t ions 376(2)(n) IPC at Police S t ation Sector-40 Gurugram and all conseq u ential proceedings arising there f rom.
At the very outset, on ins t ructions from L/ASI Roshni, learned co u nsel for the State submits th a t the instant petition has been rendered i n fructuous as, vide judgment d a ted 13.02.2024, the petitioner/ accused s t ands acquitted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gurugram. Learned counsel for the State h as also placed on record copy of the judgment dated 13.02.2024, in Cour t today.
