Thereafter, this case was listed for hearin g 03 times i.e. on 02.06.2023, 2 3.08.2023 and 20.03.2024, out of which o n 02 dates i.e. 02.06.2023 and 23.08.2023, the petitioner had gone un-r e presented. On the last date o f hearing i.e. 20.03.2024, when this case was listed for hearing, learn e d counsel appearing for the petitioner h ad submitted that he was no lo n ger in touch with the petitioner and had pr a yed for time to get instructions .
