Seeking quashing of complaint No.71 of 2017 under section 500 IPC and summoning order dated 10.09.2018 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mansa and also order dated 07.06.2021 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mansa whereby revision petition of the petitioner was dismissed, the petitioner has come up before this Court under section 482 Cr.P.C..
on the ground that the matter has been compromised between the parties.
