Prayer in this 1^st petition file d under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitio n ers in case FIR No. 115 dated 17.06.201 5 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Pol i ce Station Sarabha Nagar, Distr i ct Ludhiana.

Perusal of the order-sheets shows that vide order dated 03.08.201 5 , passed by a co-ordinate Ben c h of this Court, the petitioners have been granted the concession of gra n t of anticipatory bail and they were also d irected to join the investigation and co-operate with the same. On instructions from ASI U m esh Kumar, learned counsel for the State submits that in compliance of the aforesaid order dated 03.08.201 5 , the petitioners have joined t h e investigation on 21.08.2015. Thereafter , the challan was presented be f ore the learned trial Court on

Learned counsel for the c omplainant submits that the petitioners are not regularly appearing be f ore the learned trial Court. By placing o n record copies of zimni o rders dated 06.07.2024 and 01.10.202 4 , learned counsel for the co m plainant submits that on the aforesaid last two consecutive dates of h e aring, the petitioners have not appeared before the be learned trial Court.

Learned counsel for the pe t itioner has not been able to controvert the aforesaid submissions of learned counsel for the complaina n t.

In view of the above, the pres e nt petition is dismissed.
