By way of filing the instant application, the applicant/petitioner seek permission to withdraw the main case, which is presently fixed for 28.11.2024.
In view of the specific prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner for withdrawal of the main case and in view of the reasons mentioned in the instant application, the same is allowed and the main case i.e. CRM-M-19052-2024 , which is presently fixed for 28.11.2024 is preponed and is taken on board today and the main case itself is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
It is, however, directed that as and when any subsequent bail petition is filed in this Court, this order shall be annexed with such petition.
