Learned counsel representing the petitioner submitted that during pendency of the instant petition, the case of the petitioner was reconsidered and has been rejected and that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh so as to challenge the rejection order, which has been passed during pendency of the present petition.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
