Prayer made in the application is for withdrawal of the main case which stands fixed for 30.4.2024.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief sought for has already been granted to the petitioner and he has joined as Assistant Financial Officer and as such he does not wish to pursue with the main case and may be permitted to withdraw the same.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the main case i.e. CWP9475-2022 is preponed from 30.4.2024 and is taken on Board today itself and is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
