The respondents have submitted that the bus numbers mentioned at Sr. Nos.1, 2, 4, 9, 10, 12, 14, 15 and 19 are those buses which are plying under Inter-State agreement between the State of Haryana and Rajasthan. The documents have been counter-signed by the transport authorities under the reciprocal agreement between both the States. The second list is in respect of other vehicles mentioned at Sr. Nos.1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 19, 20, 22, 23, 25, 26, 27, 28, 33, 34, 35, 36, 38, 39, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 67, 68 and 70. There are the auto-rickshaws and other vehicles which have been granted contract carriage permits. The other vehicles mentioned at Sr. No.6 is school bus which is being plied for school children under the relevant permit. The vehicles at Sr. Nos.9, 24, 31, 32, 40 and 64 are the registered goods vehicles and have been granted goods carriage permits. The vehicles at Sr. Nos.4 and 21 are not registered till date. The vehicles at Sr. Nos.30, 58, 65, 69 are being plied under All India Tourist Permit. The respondents are doing regular checkups in order to stop illegal operation of vehicles, if any.
