Learned counsel for both the parties are ad idem that in case of similarly situated employee principle of 'no work no pay' has been upheld by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA No.1653 of 2018 decided on 14.10.2022.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of aforesaid, this writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn.
