up before this Court under Sec!on 439 CrPC seeking bail.

In para no.12 of the pe!!on, the pe!!oner declares that he is not involved in any other case. However, counsel for CBI submits that pe!!oner is a life convict and total 10 cases are pending against him, as such there is concealment of fact from this Court.

Counsel for the pe!!oner submits that the mistake is bonafide because of lack of communica!on and is not inten!onal and he may be permi<ed to withdraw the present pe!!on with liberty to file fresh one, disclosing the criminal history of the pe!!oner.

Disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. All pending applica!ons, if any also stands disposed of.
