1. P rayer in this second petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.59 dated 17.04.2023 registered under Sections 15, 25 and 29 of the NDPS Act, at Police Station Dhanaula, District Barnala.
2. L earned State counsel has produced the custody certificate dated 17.11.2023, as per which, the petitioner is behind bars for only 06 months and 27 days. On the disclosure statement of co-accused, from whom recovery of 12 quintals of poppy husk was effected, the name of the petitioner had surfaced in the present case, however, wherein pursuant to the disclosure statement of petitioner, herself, she got effected recovery of 10 kgs of poppy husk. The first bail application was withdrawn on 21.07.2023.
