During the course of arguments learned counsel for the parties have agreed that the civil suit No. 145 of 2016 titled ‘Lakha Singh versus Kulwant Singh’ pending in the Court of Civil Judge, Junior Division, Baba Bakala Sahib and the second suit titled ‘Kashmir Kaur versus General Manager, Northern Railway, Ferozepur Cantt. and others’ pending in the Court of Additional Civil Judge, Senior Division, Baba Bakala Sahib be tried and decided by one Court.
Accordingly, the revision petition is disposed of directing District and Sessions Judge, Amritsar to pass orders with regard to withdrawal of civil suit PARVINDER SINGH 2023.05.17 15:48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment Chandigarh
