Swatanter Goyal for restraining the latter and persons claiming under him, from dispossessing the plaintiff from House No.6094, Mohalla Sukhdaspura, Near B-Tank, Patiala; in that suit, the plaintiff claimed himself to be owner in possession of the house in suit, stating that it is situated within lal lakir i.e. abadi and plaintiff along with his family is residing therein since long; according to the plaintiff, the defendant has no concern with the house in suit but even then he threatened to dispossess him from the house illegally and forcibly, as such, the plaintiff was compelled to file the suit in the Court; along with the suit, the plaintiff had filed an application for grant of adinterim injunction.
