Learned counsel for the revision petitioners states that as per his instructions, defence of the revision petitioners, who are defendants in the civil suit has been struck of with regard to application for issuance of interrogatories and he intends to challenge that order by way of filing an appeal before the District Court at Ludhiana, therefore, this revision petition has become infructuous and he be permitted to withdraw the same.
Permission is granted. The revision petition is dismissed as
withdrawn.
