Petitioner herein, inter alia , seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the orders dated 20.12.2021 and 21.12.2021 (Annexures P-4 and P-5) whereby he has been suspended. Further prayer has been made to direct the respondents to treat him on duty with all consequential benefits since his joining after reinstatement vide order dated 13.12.2021 (Annexure P-3).
