Petitioner assails an order dated 13.12.2021 (Annexure P-4) passed by learned Rent Controller, Gurdaspur in Rent Petition No.18 of 2021 titled as `Sashi Bala and others vs Sahil Mahajan’, whereby the application (Annexure P-2) moved by him was partly allowed by permitting him to join from the stage of ex-parte evidence.
