After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he would be satisfied if the concerned S.S.P. Fatehgarh Sahib, respondent no.2, is directed to decide the representation (Annexure P-2) in a time bound manner.
Given above, this petition is partly allowed. S.S.P. Fatehgarh Sahib, respondent no.2 is directed to decide the representation (Annexure P-2) within four weeks from today.
In case the petitioners will be aggrieved of the order so passed by respondent
no.2, it shall be open for them to file a fresh petition in accordance with law.
