After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he would be satisfied if the concerned S.S.P. Patiala, respondent no.2, is directed to decide the representation (Annexure P-2) in a time bound manner.
Given above, this petition is partly allowed. S.S.P. Patiala, respondent no.2 is directed to decide the representation (Annexure P-2) within four weeks from today.
In case the petitioners will be aggrieved of the order so passed by respondent no.2, it shall be open for them to file a fresh petition in accordance with law.
