Pal submits that the statements of petitioners as well as private respondents have been recorded and there is no threat perception to the petitioners.
Based on the statements of the persons recorded, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court again in case any threat perception arises.
It is made clear that disposal of the present petition will not come in the way of filing of fresh petition.
