At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since there has been a change in circumstances after filing of the instant petition inasmuch as report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has been filed, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition at this stage with liberty to file afresh by annexing a copy of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C.
In view of the aforesaid request, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
