Grievance of the petitioner that he has been repatriated from Bhakra Beas Management Board (BBMB) to his parent cadre in the State of Haryana without assigning any reason stands mitigated, as vide an order dated 17.07.2020(AnnexureR-1) giving reasons thereof, which was passed prior to his repatriation has been conveyed to him after filing of the instant petition.
Dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order.
