The petitioners are aggrieved of impugned order dated 21.12.2019 (P.5) passed by the Debt Recovery Tribunal-III, Chandigarh dismissing their petition.
Since the order impugned is appealable, we do not deem it appropriate to express any opinion on the merits qua the issues raised in this petition and therefore, the petitioner is relegated to the statutory remedy of appeal, if so advised.
Petition stands disposed of with this observation.
