Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.79 dated 26.04.2018, under Sections 323, 427, 452, 506, 326, 325, 148 and 149 IPC, Police Station Sadar Amritsar City, District Amritsar.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Dilbag Singh submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 28.01.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute.
Disposed of accordingly.
