The present revision petition is directed against the impugned order dated 14.03.2017 (Annexure P-1), whereby the issue regarding limitation in a civil suit was deleted being unnecessary.
Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in case issue No.8 already framed and erroneously deleted vide impugned order, is restored back.

This fact is not controverted by the counsel for the petitioner as
he has no grievance with regard to Issue No.7A.
