This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.0270 dated 29.10.2017 under Section 379 IPC (Sections 411, 454, 380 IPC and Section 379 IPC was deleted), at Police Station Rania, District Sirsa.
Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated December 19, 2017, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.
In view of the above, order dated December 19, 2017, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
