Present :- Mr. Jagdeep Singh Rana, Advocate for the petitioner.
By way of filing the present petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of direction to respondents no. 1 to 4 to take action on his representations/applications and registration of F.I.R. against private respondents.
The petition is disposed of directing respondent no. 3- The Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana to look into the grievances of the petitioner as contained in Representations (Annexure P2 and P3) and if thereafter he comes to the conclusion that taking of action in the matter is warranted, the needful be done in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
