This petition is disposed of directing respondent no. 2- Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar, Mohali to look into the grievances of the petitioner as contained in Representation (Annexure P7) and then if he comes to the conclusion that taking of action in the matter is warranted, the needful be done in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
