Reply by way of affidavit of Dr. Nanak Singh, IPS, Senior Superintendent of Police, Faridkot, has been filed in court today. Same is taken on record. According to learned State counsel, Para 03 thereof reads as under:-
“3. That in compliance of the order, a speaking order dated 18.02.2016 has been passed, wherein salary of the petitioners has been refixed in the pay scale of Rs.3120-6200/- vide letter No.3116-18/A dated 1.03.2016. Accordingly the pension case of the petitioners have also been got revised by the office of Accountant General Punjab Chandigarh. The following payments have been made:-
