The petitioners have nowhere averred in the writ petition that the Gram Panchayat has passed any resolution to change the nature of Ghade Khad land to any other common purpose. As and when such a resolution, if passed, the petitioners may approach the Deputy Commissioner, Karnal or any other Authority who shall decide their objections in accordance with law.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
