Since the petitioner alleges discrimination in the matter of allotment of shop-sites as according to him other similarly situated 'displaced persons' have been allotted shopsites whereas he is being offered only a booth site which is yet to be constructed, let the petitioner file a petition with better particulars placing on record the allotment letters of similarly placed 'displaced persons' alongwith photographs of the shops which are said to have been allotted. If the petitioner needs any additional information in this regard, we direct the Trustauthorities to provide such information to him.
With liberty aforementioned, the writ petition stands dismissed at this stage.
